Adeola Simon completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University, Washington DC in 2005 where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honors (magna cum laude) in Biology. After a shift in focus to the banking sector, she enhanced her core competencies by completing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA with a focus in Organizational Leadership and Management.

Mrs. Simon has over 18 years of work experience, of which over 15 years have been in the banking sector (Commercial & Mortgage Banking) within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Prior to joining Brent Mortgage Bank Limited, she gained valuable experience working with top financial institutions such as SunTrust Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase and most recently Bank of America.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, an Honorary Senior Member of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a full Member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (M.IoD). Prior to her appointment as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, she served as the Executive Director in charge of Credit & Enterprise Risk Management portfolios.

Adeniyi Bilesanmi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and Advance Management Program (AMP), a certificate degree from Lagos Business School. He is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Member, Member, Nigerian Institute of Management, and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.He started his banking career with Wema Bank PLC in 1991, where he worked in the branch operations, Financial Control, Credits (Retail & Commercial), Risk Management and Business Development departments. He joined Intercontinental Bank PLC in 2004 as Relationship Manager at various branches in Lagos State. He was seconded to the Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans PLC as Group Head, Banking and Mortgages in charge of Business Development, Treasury and Insurance Departments.

He is a strategically driven professional with foresight and passion for company’s liquidity wellness, profitability and compliance. He has over 20 years’ experience with extensive hands-on involvement in financial reporting, financial modelling, budget & budgetary control, internal control & audit and tax planning/management. He started his career with Afromedia Plc. in 1999 and rose to the position of Group Head, Audit and Internal control in 2021 having served in various administrative, operational and financial capacities.He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a graduate of Accountancy and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.He is International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certified and also a certified Forensic Accountant of Nigeria. He is a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).

Oyetunji Kuforiji is a Chartered Banker with over 14 years’ experience in the Financial industry working with organizations such as Intercontinental Bank, Access Bank and Wema Bank covering Risk Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit and Financial consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking & Finance and Masters of Science degree in Finance, graduating as the best student of his class from Ogun State University.He is currently working on his Doctorate program in Finance with specialization in Development Finance at Babock University. Oyetunji qualified as an Associated of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) in the year 2006 and a Fellow (FCIB) in the year 2019. He is a member of Finance scholars of Babcock University with interest in Financial modeling and Econometrics.

Regina Aneke is a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Minna with B. Tech in Quantity Surveying (2005), a Master’s degree holder in Facility Management” from the University of Lagos, (2012) and Certified Project Management Professional (2021).A seasoned mortgage Banker with 17years of demonstrated and proven experience in the following areas: Business Development, National Housing Fund, Property Trading and Consultancy, Mortgage and advisory services, Facility Management, Building Construction, Recovery of Loans and Credit/Business AnalysisShe is a professional member of Project Management Institute (PMI), A Doctoral member of the Institute of Leadership Manpower & Management Development (ILMMAD), and An associate member of the Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria (IFCN).

Oyoje Bello graduated from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, in Law and holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Law from Robert Gordon University, Scotland complementing her robust academic and professional background in law.She began her legal career over 20 years ago at the reputable law firm of Pembroke Chambers, where she gained foundational experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Over the years, she has worked with several law firms, private sector organizations, and a government agency, including a distinguished role at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse, where she served as Administrator and Head of Unit.She is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator and has mediated and supervised numerous cases involving a wide range of complex and sensitive issues within the legal and ADR communities.

Uloma Ebede earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. She is a Certified Associate Member (ACIPM) & Licensed Human Resources Professional (HPRL) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.Uloma is a seasoned and multifaceted Human Resources Professional with 18 years of work experience in a variety of roles and is competent in all Human Resources core areas by aligning Talents to the Corporate Business Model as a Human Resources Generalist. Having earned a National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos City Polytechnic, she has also been exposed to Finance, and General Administration.In March 2024, she became the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Brent Mortgage Bank. Before she joined the bank, she worked in EPCMs, NGOs, and the IT sectors.

Odunsi graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos with BSc. Accounting (Hon) in 2007. She qualified as Accounting Technician Scheme in 1996 and Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2002.She has had extensive Audit experience in organizations such as with Abax OOSA Professional (Chartered accountants) and Babajide Enitan & Co. She also worked as a consultant in management and accounting for BAO Consulting and Abraham Holmes Ltd before joining Wema Bank Plc as a Branch Control/Compliance Officer, where she worked for 10 years. She is presently the Head, Internal Audit and Compliance of Brent Mortgage Bank Limited.She is an Associate of Enterprise Risk Management in 2024 and a member of Compliance Institute of Nigeria in 2025.

Idris Durowoju is a dynamic and results-driven technology executive with a solid background in IT leadership, digital transformation, and strategic innovation across the financial services sector. With over a decade of experience spanning fintech, Takaful, and mortgage banking, Idris currently serves as the Head of IT and E-Business at Brent Mortgage Bank, where he is driving the institution’s digital agenda and enhancing customer-centric platforms.Prior to this role, Idris led transformative projects as the Head of IT at Hilal Takaful (formerly Cornerstone Takaful), where he played a pivotal role in automating core insurance operations and spearheading the development of Shariah-compliant digital solutions. Notably, he co-led the implementation of an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system at the National Orthopedic Hospital, Igbobi – milestone that automated over 70% of clinical and administrative processes.Idris is passionate about ethical and impact-driven business practices. He holds certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals of Nigeria (ISFPN).

An award-winning innovator, Idris received the 2023 Innovation Award at the Cornerstone Group for excellence in tech-driven business enablement. He is actively involved in youth mentorship, campus activism, and financial literacy advocacy, especially among students and young professionals.

He holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin and a MSc. in Computer Science at the University of Lagos. His professional training includes certifications in Application Security Engineering (IBM), Advanced Software Development & Engineering, and CompTIA-focused IT infrastructure.
